Our QWSJ Hanging Automatic Aerosol Water-bath Leak Tester is designed and developed by assimilating advanced overseas technology in consideration of our actual condition. The machine can be used to test diversified aerosol products without the limit of can material. Overall can inspection can be carried out at a speed of 50 90 cans per minutes. The main transmission of the machine is driven by anti-explosive motor which is equipped with an overload automatic separator, ensuring safe running of the machine. An Explosion isolating thermal pipes are used in its electric heating system, can be heated to desired temperature and automatically controlled. Anti-explosive motor is provided for the conveying belt. Main devices in the switch cabinet are of explosion isolating type. Safety electric valves are provided at can access, position and exit, and its able to stop automatically in case of can blockage. Main parts of the machine are made of stainless steel or quality carbon steel. Automatic drying system is provided at can exit and on the conveying belt. The machine is characterized by high production efficiency, safety, stable performance and easy operation etc.

The machine is composed of main transmission device, gutter, conveying belt, automatic drying system as well as electric control system (see Fig.1-1).
