 Full-Automatic high purity medical using oxygen filling machine is developed by our engineers with more than half year assistance of many scientific research institutions to fit the market demand. It is used for filling oxygen to normal aerosol cans to produce medical using oxygen, health care oxygen and oxygen breathing apparatus and other products. This auto- production line is mainly composed by can unscrambling machine, conveyor, blowing, filling machine and packing table. Accessories such as disinfection component, mark sprayer can be added according to customers requirements. The filling machine is controlled by advanced PLC+ digital program touch screen. The photoelectrical switches and electromagnetic valves on main machine body are advanced intrinsically safety type made in Germany, Japan and Italy. It is excellence in high automation, easy parameter adjusting, good running security and reliability. The new developed filling method can guarantee the very high filling quality. The loss of oxygen purity is less than 0.1% during the filling process. This result meets the requirement of more than 99.6% in China Pharmacopoeia industry very well. The pressure of oxygen is 1.2MPa after filling. Products which are made by this equipment can fully meet the requirements of China and the West Developed Countries.
